Attendees are required to register and book their hotel & travel upto 1 month in advance. Please refer the table below to see who handles what.
Since hotel rooms are limited, all bookings are made on a first-come-first-served basis and it is recommended that you book so as soon as possible once it is announced at church. You are required to make payment at the time of booking itself. Travel arrangements are usually restricted to luxury coach pickups from select towns and cities.
